Hektar Asset Management Sdn Bhd (Hektar), the Manager for Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust (Hektar REIT), has delivered its 12th year of uninterrupted dividend distribution to its unitholders, with Dividend per Unit (DPU) of 9.01 sen for the financial year ended 31 December 2018.

Hektar REIT announced its annual results for Financial Year 2018 (FY18) recording RM135.1 million in revenue, up 7.6 per cent higher compared to the same period in the preceding year, while Net Property Income (NPI) rose to RM78.7 million, registering a 6.8 per cent increase.

Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd yesterday announced that its asset management subsidiary, Kenanga Investors Bhd has entered into a conditional Share Purchase Agreement with ECM Libra Financial Group Bhd to acquire the entire issued share capital, comprising 6,500,000 ordinary shares, of its fund management arm, Libra Invest Bhd.

ACE Market-listed company, PUC Berhad on February 28 announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2018 (Q4FY2018) recording revenue of RM12.3 million for the period; and revenue of RM52.5 million for the full financial year ended December 31 2018 (FY2018).

This signalled a 21.9 per cent improvement in revenue for FY2018 as compared to last year (FY2017), which posted revenue of RM43 million for the financial year ended December 31 2017.
