Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) would like to announce that Ireka  Corporation Berhad (“IREKA”) has triggered the criteria pursuant to Paragraph 2.1(e) of Practice Note No. 17 (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities  (“Main Market Listing Requirements”). 

Kindly refer to the announcements dated 1 March 2022 on IREKA’s classification as a PN17  Company. 

Bursa Securities would like to emphasise that it will continue to monitor the progress of IREKA in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements.
