CYBERJAYA, May 31 (Bernama) -- Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) has chalked up an impressive financial performance for the third quarter ended 31 March 2022 (“3Q FY2022”).

The new Technology and Energy segments continued to be the main earnings contributor to the Group, underpinned by DNeX’s strategic investments in SilTerra Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SilTerra”) and Ping Petroleum Limited (“Ping”).

KUALA LUMPUR, May 31 (Bernama) -- PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad (PCG) posted another record quarterly profit in the first quarter of Financial Year Ending 31 December 2022 (1Q 2022) on the back of higher product prices and continued strong demand. The Group’s 1Q 2022 Profit After Tax (PAT) of RM2.1 billion represents 41% year-on-year improvement compared to 1Q FY2021, while surpassing 4Q 2021 PAT of RM2.0 billion by 2% quarter-on-quarter. 

Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, 31 May 2022 – Sunway Berhad (“Sunway” or “Group”) today announced its first quarter financial results (“Q1 2022”) for the financial year ending 31 December 2022. 

The Group recorded strong financial performance for the quarter ended 31 March 2022. Revenue increased 31.5% year-on-year (“y-o-y”) to RM1,112.5 million in Q1 2022, underpinned by stronger revenue recorded from most business segments except trading and manufacturing and quarrying. Profit before tax (“PBT”) increased 155.6% y-o-y to RM187.1 million in the current quarter, from RM73.2 million in the corresponding quarter in the previous year.
