KUALA LUMPUR, 16 July 2019 - Teleport, the rebranded cargo and logistics platform of AirAsia, and leading venture capital firm Gobi Partners have invested US$10.6M in regional e-commerce and parcel delivery player, EasyParcel. EasyParcel, which has close to half a million users will use the Series B funding to expand its offering for SME customers, leveraging Teleport’s unrivalled logistics and infrastructure capabilities which include more than 100 cities, 10,000 AirAsia flights per week and some 1,000,000+ tonnes of cargo capacity.

These students, comprising members of the Leaderonomics Leadership Clubs, represented 20 schools in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Johor at the one-day annual LEAD Convention, organised by Leaderonomics Youth last Saturday (13 July).  Among them were 70 youths from the Myanmar refugees community.

KUALA LUMPUR, July 15 (Bernama) -- Bina Puri Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd has successfully secured a new international contract in June 2019, for the Proposed Dual Lane Road from Al-Islah Junction to Al-Jabayish at Nasirya City, in the Province of Thi Qar, Southern Iraq, worth IQD87billion (approximately RM303 million) Bina Puri said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia.
 
The roadwork project, awarded by the Thi Qar Governate, Republic of Iraq includes the construction of 74.5km dual lane road with 7 bridges ranging from 14m-87m length, complete with all road accessories such as guardrails and street lighting, with work duration of 36 months.

KUALA LUMPUR, July 15 (Bernama) -- Global enterprise software leader SAP today said that it remains steadfastly focused on the continued growth of Malaysia’s Digital Economy.
