Many Malaysian leaders understand the need for change, however they are struggling to balance current performance expectations, against innovating for the future, says recruitment firm Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY).

Reports by NYSE:KFY titled “Digital Leadership in Asia Pacific found that there are significant gaps between Malaysian leaders and the ‘great digital leader archetype’. 

Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd has debuted its Business Hub targeted at SMEs to help these businesses find relevant business partners that can help them on their digital transformation.

“With the soft launch of the Digi Business Hub, we hope to connect SMEs to what matters most to them. 

CIMB Group Holdings Berhad and Sompo Holdings (Asia) Pte Ltd launched their bancassurance partnership in Malaysia, whereby CIMB will distribute SOMPO’s non-life insurance solutions through its distribution network. 

This Malaysia partnership forms part of the CIMB-Sompo regional strategic partnership arrangement which also includes Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.
