Vizione Holdings Bhd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Wira Syukur (M) Sdn. Bhd. received a letter of award (“LA”) for a total contract sum of Ringgit Malaysia Four Hundred and One Million Only (RM401,000,000) from Paragon Hemisphere Sdn. Bhd. for the construction of 4 blocks of office suites.

The Project will be constructed in 2 phases which is located on Lot 240, 900 & 1137, Jalan Sunway Semenyih, Mukim Semenyih, Daerah Ulu Langat, Selangor. The Group shall construct the whole works which covers:

Phase 1

- 2 blocks of office suites consisting of Block A (40 storey) and Block B (34 storey) which consists of a podium (8 storey) with two-storey shop (13 units), a recreational centre (1 unit) and car parks.

Phase 2

- 2 blocks of office suites consisting of Block C (42 storey) and Block D (36 storey) which consists of a podium (8 storey) with two-storey shop (10 units), a recreational centre (1 unit) and car parks

- The LA also includes guard houses (2 units), a 33KV Stesyen Suis Utama (Main Switch Station) (1 unit), refuse chambers (2 units) and an underground sewerage pump station (private title) (1 unit)

The construction work of the Project will take approximately thirty-six (36) months from the date of site possession of Phase 1 which is on 30 October 2017. The Project is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of the Group over the next four financial years ending 2018 to 2021.

The acceptance of this contract brings the Group’s on-going and confirmed orderbook to a total of RM3.9 billion with the inclusion of Wira Syukur (M) Sdn Bhd’s orderbook since the completion of its acquisition on 9 October 2017.

Vizione’s Managing Director, Datuk Ng Aun Hooi said, “We are proud to announce the acceptance of yet another sizable contract which marks another milestone for the Group. Prior to this contract, the Group had recently completed the acquisition of Wira Syukur as well as secured an RM465 million RUMAWIP contract from Hektar Aneka, which increased Vizione’s outstanding orderbook significantly.”
