Sunway Targets RM 2 Billion in Sales

Sunway City, Jan 7 ~ Sunway Property announced today that it will target RM 2 billion in sales this year. 

Sunway Berhad Property Division Managing Director Sarena Cheah said, “We will be increasing our sales target to RM 2 billion in sales. In tandem, we will also launch RM 3.5 billion worth of properties this year.” 

SINGAPORE, January 8, 2020 – Blueleaf energy, formerly known as Conergy and one of the region‘s most experienced solar companies today announced that it has signed a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Robert Bosch (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to provide the technology and services company with clean solar energy for its production and warehouse facility in Penang, Malaysia.

Under the terms of the agreement, blueleaf energy will own the solar plant and will be responsible for the design, construction and asset management of the 3 MWp power facility. Greencells Energy Asia Pacific, which is part of the German Greencells Group, will execute the project as the EPC contractor. The system is expected to supply power to Bosch in Q2/2020 aiming to produce approximately 4,500 MWh of clean energy per year. This is the equivalent of powering 900 households in Malaysia while reducing annual CO2 emissions by 3,300 tons.
